What if my board or committee has different types of meetings?

The pricing is based on all meetings for that board or committee, including regular meetings, special meetings, work sessions, etc.

What is the get started fee?

That is a required one-time fee for business process review call, template design, system configuration, user set-up, work-flow configuration, and online training.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

You can start/stop or make changes to your plan at any time (but note that refunds are not given for cancellation or downgrades).
